Stage magicians read minds regularly.
I never thought I could do it!
Does our body show what we are thinking? Absolutely yes according to my personal experience.
I took part in a simple NLP ( Neuro-Linguistic Programming ) workshop exercise.
The result was that I apparently read somebody’s emotions and memories in about 20 seconds!
I had no prior knowledge of what experience they might be focusing on.
The exercise consisted of 4 people; Person A, Person B and 2 assistants.
The helpers ensured Person B ( myself ) accurately mirrored the physical position of Person A
Person A sat in the chair while remembering an intense past experience.
Then they adopted whatever physical position they felt represented their feelings.
Person A was now slumped backward in the chair and staring at the floor about 2 metres ( 6 feet ) in front of them.
Nobody knew what they were remembering.
I was Person B.
Our two assistants worked together to fine tune the detail so I was exactly physically mirroring Person A.
I was then asked to synchronise my breathing to person A ( by watching the movement of their chest ).
Within about 20 seconds, I had a clear impression of shock and something related to a child being injured.
Person A confirmed – with considerable surprise!- they were recalling an accident when a child was dragged a short distance by a vehicle.
Fortunately, without serious injury.
I had apparently read their mind in 20 seconds.
This was a very powerful experience for all four of us.
How does this exercise relate to mind reading?
Normally in client 1:1 sessions I have a deep level of empathy with them
and am frequently aware of their main issues before they express them.
That is in specific, practiced conditions.
In this case I was following instructions and with some scepticism that it would work!
There was definitely not a high level of empathy, perhaps some hope that “maybe it would work”
Quite simply, it demonstrates the fact that our body position can clearly show and affect what we are thinking.
Not just in general terms but down to fine detail.
We know that body language mirrors the average state of mind, whether sad or joyful for example; this experiment clearly proves that we need to be aware of our body language at a conscious level if we do not want to be misinterpreted – or have or mind read!
If our mind is fearful or worried, our body shows it.
If we lived in the wild, we would be food for predators!
It would be in the tropics, West Indies, South Pacific? Azure sea, warm sunshine, white sand, palm trees….
Now imagine Paradise in Barcelona! In Winter? On an industrial estate! What? No way! You have got to be kidding! I have been to Paradise in Barcelona in winter and not worn the T-shirt!
Returning from a weekend with friends we had time to spare. We wanted to see some Nature. They proudly guided us to the Olympic village. Yuck! In all it’s glory, proudly built years before and now feeling abandoned.
Heading north towards the airport, I “tuned in” for a good place to stop.
About 10 Km North, we drove towards “the good place” I was guided towards down narrow roads, by building sites. Stepping over building rubble, we found this tiny artificial beach beside Badalona power station! The magic ingredients were all there…. Azure sea, little waves, warm sunshine, even a palm tree in the distance.
Yes, mid winter, T-shirt off, I sat on a warm sunny beach with my feet in the ocean. Fantastic.
What’s the point of this blog?
Simple! You can find your Paradise anywhere. It can be nearby, not half way around the world.
I regularly work with clients on their everyday issues who tell me they cannot “see things” clairvoyantly.
Within minutes, they are often describing and manipulating “images” associated with physical problems, relationships etc. This new-found ability to explore life with a fresh outlook empowers them to manage their health and gives them self-confidence beyond measure. It is possible to often find the perfect place and time to be far more frequently than by chance.
Through this activity, it is possible to clear health issues, repair relationships and quite simply Change Lives.
We all have this capability, it’s simple and easy – when we let go of our conditioning.
Especially thoughts such as “That can’t be a good place”, “I don’t trust myself”, “people will laugh at me”,and so on.

The daily news does not always have to drain our energy with tales of war, violence, implied danger, doom and disaster. It does not have to be this way.
The good news is……..Good Deeds are being reported. On the same day this week I saw two news items on the BBC which were positive and inspiring!
Both involved large sums of money. No greed $$$$$ No theft £££££
Both cases are about overcoming any human tendency to “ take what is given to us” and instead work with integrity and total honesty.
Perhaps the principles of the movie “Pay It Forward” are finally becoming reality?
Lost Spanish lotto ticket worth $6.2 million handed in.
The owner of several lottery shops in a small Spanish town found a lottery ticket left behind by a customer in July 2012.
He returned it to the authorities. It is now a winning ticket worth $6.2 million!
When asked by the paper whether he ever thought of keeping the lottery ticket for himself, he responded: “Never. I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night.”
His honesty and integrity are to be seriously admired.
Unfortunately, the local lottery authority do not fall into the same category

A true story of a profound distant healing and synchronicity about one family sharing together from a separate source.
This morning I was completing a distant healing for members of a family 2000 miles away in Turkey. No phone. No Skype.
In distant healing sessions, I often get deep insights into my clients situation and changes in progress.
During this session, I saw a very powerful reconnection and sense of purpose being created within the family.
I have only experienced this depth of connection a few times during my training and when working with a group of colleagues.
After breakfast, I was guided to a particular article link in one of my incoming quality e-mails.
Two points in that article leapt out at me !
“This Dream is not Political, Religious or Economic. It is Beyond that.
It is the Dream of All Humanity as One Family sharing together and living together in Peace and Love.
It is seeding itself in the Middle East right now, in Turkey primarily and then in other areas around the world.”
The second point which leapt out at me was that the author and channel, Celia Fenn overcame her challenges earlier
in the month through “raw food and lots of exercise”
I have been strongly guided to return to raw food after many years of avoiding it.
For the past 6 weeks I have been rapidly increasing my raw food diet and am currently full of energy and feeling great on around 70% raw food.
I love moments like this.
Even though I am fully comfortable being me, it is beyond uplifting when synchronicity of this magnitude confirms that:
Get what you want! Just focus on it, the Universe will deliver it! That’s the principle of The Law Of Attraction or LOA as highlighted in the movie The Secret. It works for some people, not for others. I had a perfect example of the “not for me” version today.
The LOA has (apparently ) worked for me many times, from sums of money to the smaller pleasures in life. As a focused individual and meditator who believes my thoughts are often under my control, I accept that manifestation does apparently work successfully. We get what we focus on. If we focus on the negative, we get more of the same.
Last night, I browsed the TV channels ( OK, I know, not a good idea ) and found probably the worst movie I have ever seen! What would you do if you found a movie by the title SHARKNADO half way through? Watch it of course! How bad can it be with a name like that? Awful; Dreadful; Hilarious; Incredible; Idiotic; Can It Get Any Worse?; were some of the thoughts I had. You can guess from the title what it is about, based in Hollywood. See links below. But, the manifestation or synchronicity gets even better !
Today’s news: “SHARK FOUND ON NEW YORK SUBWAY TRAIN” http://news.sky.com/story/1125933/dead-4ft-shark-found-on-new-york-subway-train
Now that is less than 12 hours after watching half the movie.
Accident, synchronicity or manifestation?
I guess I went to bed thinking of sharks on land. What are the odds of that happening within that time?
Is it a publicity stunt for SHARKNADO ? What are the chances of those extraordinary events being noticed by 1 person within 12 hours?
If Thoughts Become Things, be careful what you think! Your dreams may become nightmares.
Especially if you watch crazy stuff before going to bed.
Falling asleep in front of the TV is not recommended for maximum sanity or good manifestation, even synchronicity.
Enjoy, have a laugh.
For me, the lesson is to be mindful of what I am doing at all times, especially when I am tired.

How can we trust somebody when they behave unusually, especially positively?

The story of a lifelong limiting belief in 1 min 45 seconds
While recently travelling on a bus, I witnessed a remarkable demonstration of a lifelong limiting belief which had most likely prevented the person from achieving as much as they could.
The person in question was a gentleman well past retirement age; with a very happy and relaxed manner.
A few rows in front of us was a toddler with his mother.
He became very excited when it was their turn to get off the bus and dance with joy when his mother allowed him to press the Big Red Button to stop the bus.
I made a positive comment about the toddlers excitement to the gentleman beside me.
He said . ” At least I will not get the blame” !
I felt very sad because he had demonstrated a perfect example of a lifelong limiting belief.
Somehow throughout his life he had felt it necessary to avoid being blamed through what we can only assume was not taking positive action or minimising the risk of being blamed for his actions.
This kind of simple limiting beliefs can powerfully prevent us from achieving the best possible in our career, financial rewards, relationships and quality of life.
Yet this gentleman was very relaxed and very happy.
Perhaps he could have been even more relaxed, happier and possibly more influential if he did not have this belief ?
If you find yourself focusing excessively on the risks involved in making decisions, it may be worthwhile standing back and taking a look at your life.
Are you excessively risk averse?
Are you missing out in some way by not taking decisions through possibly fear or doubt from minor childhood experiences?
If you are, then you have the option of taking appropriate action as soon as you’re aware of it.
